June 2010 - F.I.N.E.S.S.E Football Camp: Sponsored 6 boys from Belle Glade, FL to attend the F.I.N.E.S.S.E (Families Intents on Nurturing and Encouraging Scholastic and Sports Excellence) Football Camp at Florida Atlantic University where Holmes attended the camp and spoke with the kids and worked with them on drills
January 2010 - Haiti Relief Fund: Hosted a contest and auctioned off an autographed jersey for fans that donated to the American Red Cross to raise money for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.

February 2009 –Sickle Cell Disease Association of America: Teamed up with Reebok and donated the proceeds ($70,200) from auctioning off the gloves he wore in Super Bowl XLIII, to catch the winning touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals

November 2008 - Thanksgiving dinner Give-a-way, Belle Glade, FL: Teamed up with the Boys & Girls club and provided over 200 thanksgiving dinners to needy families in the community of Belle Glade, FL and the surrounding areas
