As professional athletes, we are all approached with worthy causes to support and ways to give back to the youth in our respective communities. What makes one better than the other? Why choose this one instead of that one? The answer: Support the one that you relate to the most and will make a difference in someone’s life.

I have found a way to do just that. It is the F.I.N.E.S.S.E. Foundation Football Camp at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a full contact, (yes, I said “full contact”) football camp for youth ages 7 - 14. It will be held...

To all my fans and followers, please help me Save A Soldiers life. After speaking to an U.S. Army Officer of the 101st Airborne Division in Kandahar, Afghanistan; the Officer described the need to assist the youth in Afghanistan. Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I am really excited about the III & Long Foundation and The Fred Taylor Foundation coming together and donating Thanksgiving dinners to 150 needy families in the Belle Glade area again this year. This was my first event as a New York Jet and I am so humbled by the amount of support we received from the fans.  I really enjoyed meeting all of you and bowling a few frames with as many as I could.  I am looking forward to next year’s event and I hope...

What they don’t usually think about is just how much work we put in during the off-season to get our minds and bodies ready for the grind of the regular season. I’m out there putting in work all the time, lifting weights, doing cardio and catching tons of passes to get ready, but people don’t see that.

That’s why I like training camp, because it’s an opportunity for all of us to get together and start building towards a Super Bowl...
